「生存権」と「著作権」は、とても良く似ていると思う。
きっと、根っこは全く同じだろう。
「生存権」とは、人は誰も、他者の心身に対して損害を与えたり、自由や命を奪ってはいけないという、当たり前の事。「著作権」とは、人は誰も、他者の創作物、著作物の権利を無視し、それを奪ってはいけないという事を示している。
どちらも、他者の “尊厳” や “尊敬” を無視した、インモラルな行為だ。
どちらも、人は話題にするだけで、実際の行動では無視、無法状態に近い。
例えば、他者の健康を損なう喫煙、飲酒の強要、悪口やいじめ、誹謗中傷。
そして、文章や画像、動画など著作物の盗用、無断の転用だ。
実際、それらは、身の周りに溢れ過ぎている。
が、それを理由に他者の尊厳を踏みにじり、奪ってよい根拠にする人を、僕は全く尊敬できない。

Right of Life and Copyright
I think "right of life" and "copyright" are very similar.
I'm sure the roots are exactly the same.
The right to life is the natural thing that no one should damage the mind and body of others, or take freedom or life.
"Copyright" means that no one should ignore the rights of other people's creations and works and deprive them of them.
Both are immoral acts that ignore the “dignity” and “respect” of others.
In both cases, people just talk about them, ignore them in actual behavior, and are close to lawlessness.
For example, smoking that impairs the health of others, extortion of drinking, abuse, bullying, slander.
And the theft of copyrighted works, such as text, images, and videos, without permission.
In fact, they are too full of people around them.
But I can't respect anyone who tramples on the dignity of others because of it, and uses it as a basis for taking it away.
